Artists of the Round Table > Lesson 5: Technique Study - Adding Colour Tag 1: Layers - orange & brown watercolour crayons scratched, then gold metallic acrylic paint drybrushed, diluted blue acrylic wash, blue stamped image, green scumbled, top layer gold metallic acrylic drybrushed Tag 2: walnut ink sprayed & then combed, green scumbled, rich metallic burnt umber splotched then combed, metallic teal green splotched with combing Tag 3: pastel chalks from light yellow to orange to light brown to burnt umber Tag 4: one fan brush with layers of - metallic gold, burnt umber, tangerine, teal green, different textures all done with fan Tag 5: this one is my fav - basecoat with light wash of teal green, then slip slap metallic green and then metallic gold, top layer is Rebecca Baer stencil using DecoArt Texture Fierro Iron Brown Tag 6: spray of walnut ink, light wash of burnt umber, while wet, dropped acrylic orange and teal green....the coloured circles are a result of bubbles when the paint dropped...no plan happiness! Tag 7: my second fav - wash of green and metallic gold acrylic with layer of metallic teal green stencil I combined mostly every example in the book into 7 tags. All these tags are colour-coordinated to be used for my lesson three journal page which is still drying!!! Thanks for visiting.
