I used 18 guage copper wire for the pin. I hadn't made any other pins or did the practice on sharpening the point so I was a little intimidated by this lesson. It turned out to be so much FUN!! I'd love to make some more but next time I'd make it smaller.(This pin is about 3-4 inches lengthwise.)

The faceted glass beads are about 3-4 mm. I used 2 with a silver spacer to make "charm" dangles.There are other small silver beads on jump rings in between.

The beads are pearls. They didn't scan well. They're irridescent and go from a dark, mossy green to a burgandy.
